Total Body Conditioning – A total body workout that includes strength training and cardiovascular training. Students utilize equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, step board, stability ball, medicine ball, and mat.
Boot Camp – An intense class which incorporates plyometric and callisthenic exercises. Students will undergo training that is intended to bring drills and martial style teaching into your fitness program.
Yoga – A 60 minute class focusing on various postures, breathing techniques, and meditation in order to ease the mind and promote relaxation.
Mat Pilates – A class that uses a body conditioning method to increase your flexibility, endurance, strength, and coordination. Students may use a variety of fitness instruments including mats, resistance balls, and bands.
Step – An aerobic exercise consisting of choreography by using various stepping patterns. It promotes abdominal fitness and muscle conditioning, while burning fat. Step I is Basic, Step II is Intermediate, Step III is Advanced
Cardio Kick- This challenging class will help you kick, punch, and squat yourself into a future of leaner legs and hips.
Zumba - This fun and energetic class gives you the enthusiasm to dance the night away. While combining exhilarating music and high spirits, this class is sure to help with the body and mind.
Kids Fitness – Classes geared towards helping children between the ages of 6 – 16 get fit and healthy. Workouts vary.
